Where can I see who's bidding on an auction?
You can see a summary of the nicknames of users who are participating in the auction in the "Bidding History" on the right side of the page subasta.Alli you can see the last ten users who have made an offer.
To see who's bidding on an auction, just look under 'Bid history' to see a list of the most recent bidders on that auction and the type of bid they placed.
Where can I see how much I have spent on bids in an auction?

I've placed a bid but I am currently not the highest bidder, why?
When a bid is placed, it will always be the highest bid, but might get out-bid very quickly. This can happen if there are many bidders You might not see this simply because other bids have been placed with a few seconds of each other - sometimes even within the same second!
I've just won an auction. What now?
First, congratulations - you've been the winner of an auction once the auction ends, you will be automatically transferred to a page where we ask you to confirm the item you won. If you choose not to accept the item, remember that your Bid will not be refunded used. However, it will charge for final adjudication.
There are 7 days to confirm and pay for the item after winning the auction. If you have not confirmed within 7 days, we will assume that you have changed your mind and no longer want to purchase the item. Paying for the item you won is as easy as paying your Bid, you can pay for your item by credit or debit card or through PayPal.
Please make sure you pay within 7 days after end of the auction, our system is automated and cancel any award that is not paid within 7 days. Anyway our team will be communicating directly with you in addition to the automated system to assist in the payment process.

Auction ID
Every Premio Efectivo auction has its own unique auction ID. You will find this ID beside the colored dot at the top of the auction header (just above the picture of the item), on the auction detail page (you can also see it in the address bar of your browser) . What's the difference between a live auction and a future auction?
Live auctions are auctions where the countdown has started running. Future auctions are planned to start at some time in the future, so don't yet have a countdown that's running.

Why hasn't my bid been registered on an auction?
